Amsterdam Empire Zone

The Amsterdam Empire Zone is located in Amsterdam New York, and they work with different companies to try to get them to a central business park. These parks enable companies to have different tax breaks, as well as some benefits such as low power costs. This site was a new venture for me because I have never worked with companies dealing with large manufacturing plants. They wanted a site that could provide new businesses with enough information to help make their plans of moving to this location as easy as possible. So my first suggestion was to go buy a digital camera and take pictures of the locations, what better way to attract people than showing them the great area that they will be moving to. From here the site evolved around the pictures that were taken and so we are almost finished. The site should be up in a couple of weeks.

Junior Elks Bowling

The Junior Elks Bowling project was fun for me, since several years ago I was in that league. So being in the league and knowing what I would have liked to have seen back in the day. So knowing that anyone from a 6 year old to a grandparent would be using the site, so this was kind of intriguing to me. In my mind I needed to put a large amount of information on the website, while still keeping it simple enough to use. The challenge was exciting and fun, while giving me a whole different thought process on these type of sites.

Zach Phillips

Zach Phillips is a chicago based musician, his music provides you with a folk rock type of experience. So creating this site was interesting since this wasn’t the type of music I would listen to. So the challenge was pulling the vibe and beat of his music and portray it to the redesign of Zach’s website.

Car Yelling

Car Yelling is a personal site that I designed to report on exciting automobile thoughts. I was really sick and tired of reading just ordinary car sites that reported on news and lame incidents. So I decided to create a site, that reported on exciting, eventful, and humorous automobile news. I like to think of it a car site that provides you important information about the automotive industry while keeping interesting.
